April 19th – 14 year-old Staten Island, New York Wu-Banger Shyheim releases his debut album, “A.K.A. The Rugged Child”, on Virgin Records, 20 years ago, on this day in 1994.

Wu-Tang founder and producer The RZA would produce the track “Little Rascals”.

All the other tracks on the album would be produced by RNS including the hit single “On And On”. Guests on “A.K.A. The Rugged Child” included Rubbabandz, Pop Da Brown Hornet, Down Low Recka, June Luva, K-Tez, Milk D, Quasi and Prophet.
