June 14th – Superstar Motor City MC’s Eminem and Royce da 5’9 release their debut EP “Hell: The Sequel” as Bad Meets Evil on Shady Records, on this day in 2011.

“Hell: The Sequel” debuted at number one on Billboard’s 200 Albums Chart, being only the third extended play recording to ever top the chart.

This album was a reunion of sorts for the two Detroit rappers who had had a falling out that lasted almost a decade.

Slaughterhouse, Ummar Sajid, Toqeer Ullah and Mike Epps were guests on “Hell: The Sequel.”

The album spawned the hit singles; “Fast Lane” and “Lighters” (featuring Bruno Mars).
