TSF Live 172 is a replay of show 78. I spoke to two of the most iconic performers in their respective professions, Chuck D of Public Enemy, and basketball legend, Julius Erving.

I'm replaying this show tonight because Doc laid out the Philadelphia 76'ers seven year plan to return to prominence; relevant now post trade deadline, and also the news that wunderkind do everything player, Ben Simmons, will not play this season. Sixers fans, listen to what Doc says. This is year six of that plan.

Chuck talks of the transition from Yo Bum Rush the Show to It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back (question sent in by NBA legend Grant Hill), and growing up in Roosevelt Long Island during a time when Julius was an absolute basketball phenom raised in the same town.

There's all kinds of other good stuff in this interview. I just let these two talk gems.

This was Part 2 of 4.

Thanks for tuning in, and we hope you enjoy the show!
